Multivitamin replacement for D and B12
I have been taking d3 60K weekly and GB12 daily. As soon as I stop, i get severe deficiencies that result in interrupting daily activities. Lack of focus and awareness. Weak bones. What kind of multivitamins can i eat daily instead of these two as they are very costly and donnot seem to work if i stop

Need your detailed history and chief complaints can rule out accordingly. You can have ragi for calcium; milk, yoghurt, 2 fruits daily for b12 and glycine. Spend atleast 30mins in the morning sunlight and practice yoga. Consult for further investigations.

Egg , milk and milk products are rich in vitamin d. Non veg food is rich in vitamin b12. But if you are a pure vegetarian. Tab Neurobion forte will be source of vitamin b12. Kindly consult.
