I have been taking d3 60K weekly and GB12 daily. As soon as I stop, i get severe deficiencies that result in interrupting daily activities.
Lack of focus and awareness. Weak bones. What kind of multivitamins can i eat daily instead of these two as they are very costly and donnot seem to work if i stop

Non veg food is rich in vitamin b12.
But if you are a pure vegetarian.
