VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY
Hi doctor, recently I have gone through a blood test (vitaminD total - 25 hydroxy)  and got to know that I have VITAMIN D deficiency value 7.9 ng/ml. Please suggest what to do. SGOT-40.6 IU/L SGPT-56.7 IU/L

Hello.. Well your vitamin d level is really low...I would suggest you to meet a physician first...I want you to start on the supplements as well as sit out in the sun for atleast 20 min in a day in the morning hours...meet a doctor in person... thank you
