Vitamin d deficiency
Hello Dr. I was diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency last week. Told me to take sun light every day for half-hour. Which time is good? Morning sunlight or noon sunlight or evening sunlight?

Hello.. For sun bathing its better to take morning sunlight ...you can sit in the sun for twenty minutes...apart from that I believe that the doc has also prescribed calcitriol sachets once a week for 6 weeks...am sure things will be better after this...thank you
