Vitamin D deficiency and hair thinning
I have started taking hair extend tablets 30days and minoxidil 10% solution(2times) daily(20days online consultation). And also 1week back I was confirmed vitamin-D deficiency. But I dont know which tablets to take. What to do now. Any suggestions. Will vitamin d deficiency leads to hair breakage or thinning. Please suggest

Minoxidil is a temporary thing. Once you discontinue same old status prevails. Take capsule D-Raise 60 K units once weekly for 3 months. Daily expose to Sunlight for at least half an hour in the morning. Take iron capsule Dexorange once daily for 3 months. Oil your hair atleast twice a week.
