Vitamin D and Iron Ferratin Low count.

Asked for Female, 37 Years

I am undergoing homeopathy treatment for my gallstines. Recently, I did my bloodwork, and my vitamin D is 9.84 Vitamin b12 is 266 Iron Ferrarin transferrin saturation is 15.32 Hemoglobin is 11.2 I am not allowed to take any supplement or oral tablets / syrups due to my gallstones. Will appreciate any advise on this and also suggest if injections are advised without any stomach bloating, upset, or contradiction in my gallstones treatment
