Hey I m having visual snow.. Type of symptoms due to medication ? Is there is any way to reduce it... I m seeing static 24/7 on mobile and television.. Under all lighting

Pl give Rest to eyes.Tinted glasses,optometric treatment may reduce the visual snow.
