Visual disability
Sir my visual acuity is 6/18 and 6/12 and field of vision is less than 10 degree mean deviation -22 due to rp..Iwant to know am I eligible for disabilitycertificate of more than 40 percent or not .I am confused because when I goes district hospital for certificate they give me 20 percent disability certificate according to acuity they don't considered visual field and said visual field is not considered as handicapped but in PWD act by Ind gov visual field less than 10 degree is considered as handicapped .Sir please help me

I could not find Latest gazette of ministry of social justice & empowerment, govt of India, criteria for disability is decided by this department, this guideline might be available with chief medical officer at district head quarter, there is different criteria for every country ,govt ophalmologist posted at district headquarter will help you.
