Vision problem. Operation or pregnancy?

Hello, I have delivered a baby in November and from January i started facing some weird visual disturbances. My eyes have become sensitive towards bright things. I see streaks of light coming out from bright objects. I also see trail of light in night with the movement of my eyes like if I move my eye in right direction then I see streak of light in opposite direction. Moreover, when I scroll on mobile I see clear in centre but while scrolling my upper and lower vision becomes blur. I have already checked to a local eye doctor she says my eyes are fine. I also have TMD problem, is this due to it?? In my routine work I don't face any problem but while using phone or in night i have some vision issues. Is this due to cessarian operation or pregnancy?? Pls suggest me
