  4. Vision not clear with spects. Be solved?

Vision not clear with spects
I have tested my eyes at doctor's clinic. i am wearing glasses as per the doctor's advice. But when i see cross from spects, the picture is looked blurred and not proper. doctor tells that this is due to cyl. numbers. can this problem be solved? numbers are -4 and -1 cyl.
