Nothing specific for eyes. Vision is a function of eyes and brain together. You may go for interferon therapy under supervision of your neurologist if it is recommended

1 Steroids will help in preventing further deterioration of vision but damage which already occurred is not reversible. 2 Continue taking steroids 3 Also consult neurologist and ophthalmologist in person to better understand your problem.

You're on the right treatment. Your treatment will prevent further vision loss. But generally vision loss due to optic nerve pathologies are irreversible. Kindly get an online consultation to address all your concerns

Depends on the severity of optic neuritis.  Generally the response to steroids is good. Please consult online for proper understanding of your condition.
