I have a history of having a tight foreskin. I was unable to retract until three years before. Now I can retract it fully both when erect as well as normally.
The glans is sensitive and to reduce it I have been exposing it to air and water.
The issue is after a couple of days I start getting mild irritation and very little color changes.
So wanted to get to know, if this is normal. As well as whom should I consult, a dermatologist or urologist.

Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning.
Kindly schedule an online consultation with a dermatologist for a comprehensive assessment, prescription, and further guidance.”
