Visible 2 veins in penis

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hai.. sir im 27 yr male, im 68kg & 173cm in height. My penis is 4" . Now 2 visible veins are appered in penis.. and i have second degree vericosele also.. sometimes i feel pain on my left testicle. Any problem in future due to visible veins??, is this also vericose vein. Bt idont have pain, erection also normal. Im very upset about it.
