What is the normal period of fever stays ? Is antibiotics along with regular paracetamol to be used during the virus period ?

hello there.
usually viral fevers last for no more than 4-5 days. you jus need to take symptomatic treatment.
paracetamol 650 should be enough thrice a day for fever and it should be enough.
for further help, consult a physician.
