My 14 year old daughter weight 40 kg is suffering from high fever 101.2 .i gave her dolo 650 twice and azythromycin omce but for some time she is ok again temperature rises to 101 shown in thermometer . She also has body ache as the temperature rises . It has been two days.

Please do not give antibiotics (azithromycin) without consulting the doctor. If it is really needed, your doctor will tell you. Firstly get a COVID test done and consult accordingly. Good hydration and proper diet is the key :)
