Viral fever
I have a mild fever along with fatigue, sore throat and a congested nose for the past 2 days. The fever was high on the first day but it came down the next day but I'm not feeling 100% fine, since the body fatigue is still present, I've some muscle pain too in my lower back. I'm thinking it's viral, pls recommend a proper medication.
