Suffering from viral and on my periods also. Feeling weakness and stomach pain. Breathing problem is also there with mild chest pain

Take Tab.Calpol-500mg 2-3 times a day for 1-2 days ,Tab.Azax-500mg once a day if there is throat irritation for 3 days ,Get Nebulization 2 times a day with Budecort and Duolin ,Warm saline gargles ,Steam inhalation,;Get your CBC done if it persists after 5 days Call 98 11 0 316 56
