though its very difficult to understand what you meant by vibration I take it as some abnormal sensation in your ear when you move rigorously. there may be a loose bit of wax touching your ear drum when you move or there can be disorder of temporomandibular joint in front of ear which can lead to clicking sensation of joint transmitting to ear
