Vibration sensation in ears
I've been constantly facing some kind of vibrations in my ears whenever I hear sudden noise or sound, echo happens. Either with earphones or loud music or if someone talks in louder pitch.
It's been months now and it hasn't reduced or increased.

You seem to be suffering from eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold. It usually resolves spontaneously after few weeks. But if your symptoms are persistent then you may need to undergo audiological evaluation
