Hi doctor,
I am 34 year old and my wife is 33.
We are married in 2019.
From last 8 months, we are trying for baby but failed all time.
I am on anxities tablet depsonil 25mg twice a days.
In last 3 month, we had 10 times sex but i could only insert 4 times. I loose erection as soon i go for insertion.
I am really worried if we have baby at this age then there could be health issues to baby..
With my ED situation, how will we get baby??
Really stressed...

It's in your best interest if you consult a psychiatrist and get yourself assessed for anxiety disorder. if it turns out to be same you will be treated accordingly, else he/she will start some pill for symptomatic relief (eg. Tadalafil). There is high likelihood of you getting better.
Hi,
Yes this is a serious concern of erectile dysfunction.
Let me explain you about your issue in brief -
Does it happen you get little Erection you feel you should go in and the moment you try to enter it goes down and it’s not hard enough for you to penetrate? Sometimes even if you penetrate you seem to lose your Erection soon?
At some point in a man’s life, he may have difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection. Erection problems occur when you can’t achieve or maintain an erection that’s firm enough to have sexual intercourse. Erection problems are also known as:
* erectile dysfunction (ED)
* impotence
* sexual dysfunction
In your case I believe you have developed symptoms of Erectile dysfunction.
However this issue is not a major problem to worry as there are medications and treatment available for the same. Rest assured your problem can be resolved.
