Hello doctor my testicles are very small,it doesnt hang at all also overall production of hairs is also less and no beard and no moustach.

Hello. It is not unusual for testes to be drawn up in really cold weather. However, considering all your complaints and the fact that you're 25 years old, you should see your family doctor for an initial examination and  if he feels the need to refer you to a specialist for a horomonal work up & thorough examination, you should see an Endocrinologist.
