Very small lump
Yesterday, noticed very very small lump in one of the testicle. There is no pain as such but little pain when pressed. It is very dark black and seems to be have bad blood. Please suggest and advice.

Hello, I went through your query, it would have been easier I'd you have attached photo of the lesion. It is not possible to come to conclusion with out examining. Well sebaceous cysts are usually common over the scrotal skin,, they are usually painless, consists of greesy material (sebum), can be removed easily with surgical procedure. Please consult a general surgeon.
