Very small blood in sputum
Increased amount of sputum and after a lot of sputum sometimes small tinged blood in sputum .. no other signs.. its after sleeping and blood comes from sputum coming from nose side .. none of any other problem in body ... and its from one month

Get yourself examined it might not be cancer but still if this is persistent cough it's worth getting checked to rule TB or any chronic infection
