Very less sperm drops
One month ago I suffered with severe viral fever. It went for a week. Before it whenever I masturbated or had relation with my wife, there was a good sperm flow. But now after this viral, I don't get any sperm flow. What to do. Should I take some special diet or medications.

Viral fever other than mumps (which normally occurs in childhood only) is unlikely to cause decrease sperm production. Still it may be harmless to get a Urological examination done.
