Very high SGPT & Cholesterol
Hello Doc, I am somehow frightened after getting my recent blood test reports. My SGPT and Cholesterol level are too high. I have attached my reports for your reference. Please go through this. Any suggestions and advices are welcomed. Q1. Can i do walking with high serum bilirubin? Q2. What diet should i maintain in order to reduce the increased levels?
