Has your TB been diagnosed and are you on treatment for TB? You first need to see a Spinal Surgeon for assessment. You may need an MRI scan to look at the vertebrae and the spinal cord in detail. TB causes bone destruction and pus formation which can cause pressure on spinal cord. If your vertebrae are stable then you do not need bed rest but can be managed with a back brace. Please see a Spinal Surgeon for assessment and investigations as appropriate. The treatment will follow from what is seen on the scan. Hope this helps.
