Very few male characterstics
I have nil sperm count.

We need few hormones tests and ultrasound of testis to understand the root cause.

Your problem can be due to hormonal problem, you will need to do blood tests TSH, TESTOSTERONE, ESTRADIOL, FSH. If the report are abnormal then treatment is given. If reports are normal then further evaluation is done.
