  4. Very early miscarriage. Cause of this!

Very early miscarriage
I have miscarriage at 4th week 2times. And all my fertility hormones are normal this time I was on natural progesterone support from day 16 but I have bleeding on day 26 and it was missed abortion so please what is the cause of this
