Very dry hands resulting in knuckle cuts
My hands are extremely dry with cuts and sores beginning to replace the wrinkles in my knuckles! Imagine a lot of tiny paper cuts on my knuckles. I work in a cooler (31°F) and a freezer (10° F) at my job, which may explain the dryness. What should I do to treat my hands? It's on both hands and spreading. A pic: (not gross)

Apply ureativ 10 cream 3 4 time and use dove soap only for HAND wash too....
