I have had vertigo symtons for 6 months. Emergency room dr. Ordered many xrays, showed no injures. Mulitple drug and urine. Showed blood infection, UTI and pneumonia. Have
tnoseandthroat, eye, and balance tests. Passed all. Hospital does not feel I do not have vertigo. Every time I fall my knees colapse. On one has any idea what is going on. Any ideas. ???,???

Considering your age, seems like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(bppv).
Consult an ent doctor for thorough examination. Uti and pneumonia will not lead to vertigo.
Your doctor would suggest some exercises known as epleys manouevre which has to be done on a daily basis.
