My wife has been suffering from vertigo on a daily basis with mild/severe headache time to time. She is 36 years, hiuse-wife, mother of our beautiful daughter & over weight suffering from Low BP as well. Her reports are normal but post recent viral she is suffering from too frequent sessions of vertigo & Headaches. Has also been vaccinated with the 1st dose of Covishield. Need help to get rid of Vertigo along with headaches. Pleas help.

It has multiple connections and one might be the root cause
You mentioned she is overweight then start regular morning walks and meditation.
Avoid fatty food and take veggies in diet.
Avoid neck jerks and improper posture.
