Good evening doctors,my mom was initially diagnosed with toncil cancernow it has spread to lung and liver and now to vertebra.now she is having severe back pain and leg pain.voveran and other painkiller is not working.doctor told she is in last stage..plz prescribe some painkiller to relief her pain temporarily

We do not know how many vertebra are involved and what is the extent. She may need palliative radiotherapy to spine. But for deciding that she needs to examined by a Radiation Oncologist along with imaging.
In the mean time you can put Buvalor 10 patch for her
