Venous ulcer
Non healing wound over Dorian of right foot since 15days had laser therapy 1and half year back. Taking antibiotics, not possible to use stockings even. What to do for this. Kindly give suggestion

Sir are you a diabetic patient. If the would is not heeling we wil need to do a wound swab. Also a photo will help to know if it is an arterial ulcer or venous. There is nothing to worry. It just needs time and the right medication to heel.
