Venous leak
I am 5ft 11 inches in height age is 27 and weight is 90.5kg... I am overweight. I have erection problems. I have to apply pressure to my stomach to maintain the erections. When I lie on bed i get erections but while having sex the erections are not maintained. While I am standing i lose erections very soon. I have read it is some kind of venous leak. Can it be treated and fixed ?

I think u should get evaluated properly... It's better if u could visit hospital personally.. U can either consult in department of surgery or urology..

Do not panic sir... Start proper ayurvedic medicine.. To get rid of this problem permanently without any side effects.. Erection will remain hard... To enjoy sexual pleasure.. And if lets just assume that u have venous leak, then y u dont face any problem while lying on bed?? Plz be realistic and understand...
