Venous insufficiency and ENT problems
It all started more or less at the same time: tinnitus in left ear, terrible at night, congested sinusis, achy throat (not really painful), dilated veins right leg, bulging and sometimes painful left temporal vein, persistent fatigue, upper back muscle weakness and dizzy vision, pulse in eye, palpitations and confusion with neck bent forward.
