I am taking Veniz Xr 150 for past 8 months. I got severe Constipation . I also followed eating Fiber food and consuming lot of water but it does not work for me I still get constipated & starting to get Obese??

You can take a Laxative after consultation with doctor to rule out other causes of constipation. Don’t worry. You will be fine.
