Venice xr multiple dose vs single dose
Which is better way to take Venice xr.150 mg single morning dose per day or 75mg morning- 75 nignt split  dose if it doesn't interfere sleep . But i have constipation associated with the use of this medicine. Currently iam taking 75 mg morning and 75 mg after lunch for panic disorder and general anxiety with a history of depression ?

If you are maintaining well with venalafaxine you should not change medication..you should focus on taking plenty of liquids, dietary modifications etc..

U can take it either way,ur constipation is due to venlafaxine . I suggest you to avoid sedentary life style Drink lot of water and other fluids Ear green leafy vegetables

Continue as you are taking it, although you can take a 150mg single dose but if you are doing well on 75 mg BD, don't change it. For your constipation, take plenty of fluids and fibre foods. Do regular exercises
