Vasculitis
Active vasculitis in eyes. Lesion in left upper lung...blurry vision..family history of tb....+ve montoux test....no cough... No weight loss....no lack of appetite....nodule reduced in last 6 month without any medication...heartbeat always >100...echo normal...holter normal....nodule is of 11*10mm size....attaching ANCA Test reports....please help me out....

You need antiTB treatment + Steroids in tapering doses. Angiography of the retina + OCT +_ laser treatment. You need to consult retinal surgeon
