Varicose veins on feet: Heart disease?
Dear sir, My father, Age 72 years is ILD patient, condition is stable with ILD medications. I recently found there are Varicose veins on his feet. Please see attached image. Is this normal or may cause any clot formation/DVT? Thank you for your suggestions. Regards

Your father definitely has very close veins in both legs. If you are concerned regarding DVT, kindly get a Venus Doppler of both his legs done to clarify the doubt.
