Elevate your leg, avoid junk foods, reduce weight, add fibres and green leafy vegetables to your diet...Walking is a great way to encourage blood circulation in your legs..Avoid high heels. Low-heeled shoes work calf muscles more, which is better for your veins. Don't wear tight clothes around your waist, legs or groin because these garments can reduce blood flow.avoid long period of standing or sitting..Wearing compression stockings all day is often the first approach to try before moving on to other treatments. They steadily squeeze your legs, helping veins and leg muscles move blood more efficiently. The amount of compression varies by type and brand...for further treatment consult nearest vascular surgeon they will do the needful.
