Without surgery only one option try to wear elastic stocking on your legs, it is just like knee cap but in long form. It will compress your swollen vein & stops the progression of varicose vein. Wear it when you walk or stand for long, remove it when you sleep. When you sleep put a pillow below your legs. Try to lose your weight if you are more than 65 kg it will help.
