I get swelling of ankle and feet by evening. I am in a faculty possession and will be in a standing position for at least 4-5 hours in a day. I would like to know whether is there any medicine in ayurveda. I prefer ayurveda to avoid side effects. I am having BP for the last 10 years.

As per ur age , faculty possetion co morbidity means htn concern Varicosity seen in ankle flare.
First u hnderstood varicose vein is life style disease - ur long standing is main cause of varicose vein- u wear stocking during ur working time that ll prevent swelling and stagnation of blood.
In between time u have to sitting position ur legs up.
Don't stand one place so much time keep walking or do ur legs flexon extension. Then blood ur circulate.
As per ayurveda u have to take internal medication like punarnava guggule which can prevent ur swelling for local application bala tail and sahacharadi tail 1 tsf 2 times in a day.
