Varicose at the testicles

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I have met the urologist for low sperm count,they have done ultrasound scaning test.he told me varicose problem in 3rd stage both side at the testicle point.he sugested need operaion.after that also he is not given conformation for increasing sperm count.kindly advise this current situation.shall go for operation.
