Sir I have varicocoele since 3 years now it started paining since 2 days not relieved even by tab ultracet cold sponging and scrotal support.i have exam this Sunday and I cant even stand up for most of day due to intense pain. please suggest remedy so that I will get relief for this 5 days so that after my exam I will opt for surgery.thank you
