(2) second test usg k.u.b =by result normal study (k u b region) right hydrocele Whit encysted right inguinal hydrocele of 24×10mm with thin internal septa.... (3)thirdtest m.r.i.of kub =by result mild right hydrocele is noted with normal size

All investigations show right side hydrocele. If asymptomatic,and mild , just observation&follow up 6 monthly may be sufficient.if symptomatic,simple minor operation offers cure of the condition.
