Varicocele Open (Regular) surgery.

Hello Sir.. I am living in a small Village. I had varicocele in both side L- Grade,-4 R -Grade -2.  Due to my Economical Problems I prefer for surgery at my nearby town madanapalle. After understanding my Economical position Doctor suggests me for Open(Regular) surgery. He said Laproscy , microscopy, and Embolization are more expensive than Regular surgery. After his explain I also comit for Open surgery. 20 days before the operation was successfully done. I am a labour.  my doubt is how many days I will take Rest. After How many days I can Lift heavy weights. After how many days I can Ride Scooter. After how many days I can start sexual life. What are the Disadvantages of Open(Rugular) surgery. some people questioning  me "Open Surgery banned in 90 % Hospitals. Why you preferred for that...?" Please Rectify my all dobuts.
