I am 27 years old i want to go to the gym but I can't due to varicocele grade 1 is there anything I can do to avoid surgery and go to gym without pain

Avoid  weight lifting,lunges and squats ,cross training techniques which gives pressure and strain. Only mobilization exercises like brisk walking, stretching can be done to ease the varicocele.
