Doctor few months ago I was having pain in my left scrotum and one day I find that my left testes had become smaller.I did a usg and the report said that it is varicocele and the size of the testes were found to be normal.I am advised to wear suspensory bandage and take Dobesil 500mg twice daily.Is there any danger?What other test shall I undergo?
