Asked for Female, 24 Years

Been diagonst with vaginusmus. Painfull sex . cant even insert fingers. Started dialation Finished level 1. But my concern is lack of libido. Applying testosteron cream after bath as prescribed by gyno. But how to improve sexual desire?
