Vaginal pain. Result this month atleast!

Hello doctor, my lmp is 31.07.2016, I got married before 3 years and trying for a baby for the past 3 years, my gynec performed a follicular study on me and I have attached those reports for your perusal, I have been advised susten 200mg vaginally twice from my 16th day ie. From 15.08.16 to 01.09.16 and post which I was asked to do a UPT on 02.09.16, till sterday I didn't feel any difficulty in inserting the tablet but when I tried inserting the tablet tonight (25.08.16) I feel some lobe like thing inside my vagina abstracting to insert the tablet, I was so scared is that I'm having any problem, can't I expect a positive result this month as well please I beg u please please reply my query ASAP, but still I have nausea, fatigue, slight soreness on beast and allergic to some smells, is that lobe appearance is normal or abnormal also I do have some certain pain in vagina at times is this normal and can I expect a positive result this month atleast
