Vaginal odour
Hello,
I am concerned about vaginal odour that comes by the end of the day on some specific days of the cycle and sometimes very liquidity discharge Also.
I use Lactacyd gel from 10 years when I had vaginal infection. It is wonderful but without it I smell. But I heard that vagina is a self cleaning organ so why dies it smell on some days of the month? Pls advise treatment

It can be because of vaginal discharge which is common either during ovulation or before and after menses.
Using local application can suppress it for time being but will not cure.
